The dual stack version of the Xpress Home Gym, the BodyCraft Family XPress Home Gym is the only Home Gym in the line with dual weight stacks. Now offering you the possibility of weight training alongside your workout partner, and a total resistance of 400 pounds, you can experience the versatility of a dumbbell workout using the cable arm station, while your partner isolates muscle building to their lower body using the leg press.The BodyCraft Family XPress Home Gyms 2-weight stack offers everything: great price, best quality, and the widest variety of exercises of any gym available. The Family XPress combines traditional features with new age cable stations. Standard features include: press station, ab crunch, leg extension/curl, leg press, low row, lat pull and cable arms station. The exercises posters are intended to attach permanently to the machine. Attach the four poster plates (black steel plates) to all sides and then attach the posters using the double sided tape already applied to the back of the posters. Each poster is specific to its given station. The knee hold down pads are only needed on the lat pull station. The cable arms are adjustable to eleven different positions. They rotate on an axis with the starting position just below the seat (arm curls, lateral raises, etc.). They can be rotated upwards to find the correct positions for cable flys, dumbbell (converging) presses, and decline and incline presses. At the top of the semi-circle, the cable handles are positioned perfectly for shoulder presses.
