The 300 Series platform is an ideal closed chain, low impact aerobic upper and/or lower body muscle-conditioning platform. The body stabilizing chest support pad adjusts to a vertical or horizontal position for maximum comfort and has a 7" range of motion. The optional foot pedals for lower body use make the Endorphin 300 Series a very complete and adaptable exercise unit. With four available e-resistance systems e1, e2, e3, e4, Endorphin is extremely versatile and adjusts to all fitness levels.
The 300 Series E1 Bi-directional hand cycle features a pulse meter that displays distance, time, speed, and calories. It comes with standard comfort handgrips and a new millennium cover designed to eliminate flywheel pinch points for improved user safety. The resistance can be adjusted into 16 incremental lever positions to allow the user to have smaller resistance changes.
