This is an oversized item that is shipped through a freight company and will arrive to the curbside at your address about 7 to 14 business days after leaving our distribution center.
Curbside delivery: a signature is required. The freight company will contact you in advance to schedule a delivery date and time. (Please see Address Book under Your Account to ensure your phone number is current.)
Someone must be present at the time of delivery. Driver will offload your item to the curb at the end of your driveway. Drivers do not bring freight into house, garage, etc., nor do drivers assist with un-packaging or set-up.
Before signing for delivery
Before signing for delivery, it is your responsibility to inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred. It is normal for packaging to show some wear. However, if there is extensive visible damage, refuse delivery and call Walmart.com Customer Service at 1-800-966-6546.
If the merchandise appears to be damaged in anyway, please note the damage on the freight bill. This will aid in the return/replacement process or you may refuse the delivery.
