This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser. During the warranty period, this product will be repaired or replaced, at Muscle Dynamics' option, at no charge under the following conditions: MOVING PARTS: Pulleys, bushings, ball bearings are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase. CABLES AND UPHOLSTERY: 90 DAYS from the date of purchase. Old part must be submitted back to Muscle Dynamics at buyer's expense for freight. Commercial products are special orders, a 25% restocking fee will apply to all orders cancelled. The buyer is responsible for all shipping back after an RMA is recieved. Ships common carrier curbside delivery. Common Carrier trucks stop at the curb. You must move the equipment off of the truck and into your home or business.
