The Star Trac Thruster Total Body Conditioning System Home Gym delivers a circuit-style strength workout that utilizes all of your major muscle groups without cables, pulleys or weights.

It only requires about 10 minutes to conduct a basic strength and toning total body workout that utilizes all the major muscle groups, allowing users to correctly perform six exercises with perfect formlunges, squats, narrow grip pull-ups, wide grip pull-ups, dips and push-ups.
The Thruster has no cables, weight stacks or pulleys and only requires two initial adjustments to perform all exercises. Each exercise and stretch can be performed with a default upright or seated return position. Star Tracs Thruster design virtually eliminates any chance of injury. Its excellent for sports-specific training, stretching and group training programs, as well as physical therapy, rehab and wellness programs.
